  • Returns & Refunds

     

    All transactions and purchases made on the site are final and Nana Hair Collection does not offer returns or exchanges unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the product shipped is defective. Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product, missing products, or have any concerns, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the articles. We will be happy to rectify the problem. Please do not tangle, wet, play with or install the hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel, adjust, or apply discounts to it. Please check your order before making your purchase.

 

  • Fraud

     

    Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent order will be canceled immediately. To prevent credit card fraud, some orders may require identity verification BEFORE the order is shipped. We may request additional information if your billing, banking, or credit card information does not match the information you have on file with the credit card processor. We ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you’re entering in the correct billing address that’s associated with your bank card.

By purchasing you in agreement to the following terms and conditions:  You have read the product description and understand the product that you are ordered. You understand and agree to our refund policy.  You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc). 

A non-refundable fee of 25$ is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total. Once you book your service online and pay the deposit fee, it's non-refundable.

-Bring the remaining balance in cash, if you want to pay with your card, there is an additional 5$ fee. I DON'T ACCEPT E-TRANSFERT.

Cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will be considered as an no show. No show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Make sure you drop off wig for customization 2-3 days before your scheduled appointment date for customization.

-IF you don't drop off your wig 2-3 days before your appointment you will be charged 20$ more (same day fee).

-Please DM me on ig before you come to drop your wig.

Arrive after the 15 minutes grace period, you will be considered as a no show. No show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge of the deposit.

House Call

Come with your hair completely washed and free of any oils. We will put oil for you wether if it's an oil you bring or our castor, olive oil. 

-If you come with your braids down the price remains the same.

Yes I do offer house call. House Call fee starts at 100$, depending on location. If interested, please contact us on email: nanahaircollection@outlook.com

IMPORTANT

I do not work over other hairstylist work, I only reinstall wigs I previously installed before. 

-Please be sure to add extra styling when booking appointment. We cannot add extra services on the day of your appointment.
